Tie in both the embossed and oval tinsels with a single wrap each, to reduce bulk. Tidy up the first body section.
Step #8
Now to start the body sections. Tie in a dubbing loop of Yellow Seal. Tidy all the loose ends of the tinsel as you wrap your thread to the tie off point; 1/3 of the way up the shank.
