Mindfulness through Music & Chanting

At times, the songs point toward spiritual qualities that are
represented by a particular Buddhist being or deity invoked
in the mantra. When sung in community alongside the
accompaniment of guitars, drums, and bells, the chanting
of mantras takes on a unique quality that is both beautiful
to the ear and powerfully felt in the body. All are invited to
contribute to the soundscape through their own voices in
creating an open, immersive, and healing space.
