Rope Double Slam
Setup for Battle-Ropes double slams: Keeping a neutral grip, feet shoulder width apart, bend your knees slightly, keeping a straight back. Start moving the ropes in a wavelike motion, while using your whole body to pull. Don’t give up good posture for more upper body speed with the ropes.
Rope Rotator
Setup for Rope-rotators: Same as above but grip is underhand and end of rope is facing up.
