Project Brief : To provide a replacement curing oven
Our customer required a replacement oven in their premises .
After a competitive tender process , Unitech Machinerywere awarded the contract based on installation during the Whitsun holiday period to minimise any downtime .
The oven was designed , manufactured and installed by our engineering teams providing the customer with a quality oven which will give years of service .

Powder Coating Facility
Project : Powder Coating Facility
Client : A family run sign specialist with almost 100 years of history
Project Brief : To design , manufacture and install a complete powder coating facility in the client ’ s premises .
We recently completed a project for our client , a Yorkshire based family run business dating back to 1927 being a leader in the field of innovative sign solutions . The facility is a complete powder coating plant designed to fit in to an existing building and able to coat items up to 3000mm long .
The system is designed to provide a fully automatic process with rapid colour change ability and consideration to environmental impact throughout . The pretreatment utilises a single stage wash alleviating the requirement for tank heating and effluent treatment .
Our design and production team delivered the equipment to site where our site engineers installed the high quality system . From start of production , the coating results from both a cosmetic and durability standpoint have been outstanding .
