When solvents are the only solution for cleaning or degreasing , using recycled solvents from UK manufactured solvent recyclers reduces the cost to an average of £ 3.50 for 25ltrs solvent .
The Unic spray gun cleaner range caters for every requirement in the industry ; solvent , water and hybrid . Low VOC cleaners offer a consolidated range to clean gravity , suction , pressure , electrostatic and air assisted airless . We produce Spray gun cleaners for all budgets and requirements including manual or automatic cleaning and clean rinse ( air purging facilities also available ).
Our can and drum crushers have crushing capabilities from 0.5ltr to 205ltr drums and barrels . Pneumatically designed to work safely in Ex atmospheres , the strongest built can crusher in the market , constructed from 5mm steel with a uniquely designed crushing plate for maximum compaction and applied force , giving superior crushing results .
Our unique UAC Aerosol crushers , designed and built in the UK are able to crush waste aerosols up to 535mm , crushing between 2 or 8 per cycle . An activated carbon filter and waste sump , collect waste gases and liquids during the crushing process . Many crushed and degassed waste aerosols can then be scrapped as waste metal .
We also offer associated equipment including paint can shakers that are fully enclosed and pneumatically operated , for maximum operator protection and Ex zone safety and paint can washers to wash and clean solvent or water based paint cans . After cleaning , paint cans and drums can be recycled or reused .
Our new range includes spray gun and paint preparation tables with 304 high grade stainless work surfaces , strong galvanised steel construction and fully customisable benches . Adjustable shelves enable the perfect setup allowing the shelves to be tilted or laying flat and optional fume extraction to take any fumes away from the operators .
