Veolia Water Technologies UK were thrilled to attend Surface World Live , it was our first time back after many years away ! Many functions and processes within the surface , product finishing and coatings industry produce a large amount of wastewater . With that in mind , our aim was to exhibit our expertise in treating industrial and municipal wastewater with our Evaled™ line .
Our Evaled™ products are a range of water evaporators that offer wastewater management for a broad scope of markets providing a maximum capacity of 250 tonnes of distillate every 24 hours . These wastewater evaporators efficiently extract the water from waste streams using considerably lower energy consumption than conventional evaporation technologies whilst physically appearing much smaller .
With distillation sizes ranging from less than 1 tonne to 250 tonnes per day , the Evaled™ can be tailored to each and every customer ’ s requirements . These systems are fully automated in both operation and cleaning , treating hazardous wastewater streams , water removal in production processes and water treatment of rinsing , washing , raw materials and boiler feed , as well as effluent treatment and water reuse .
