DX and MX Lite series
Carlisle Fluid Technologies with its brand Binks ® is introducing the worldwide well-known DX diaphragm pump and MXL vertical pistol pump ranges with different capabilities for specific application needs . The designs of the pump ranges focus on ease of use and maintenance , allowing easy access , quick swap out of various components to troubleshoot stall conditions , save time and money . The pumps ’ components are stainless steel which is ideal to use with virtually all solvent and water borne spray materials . They are commonly applied in wood working and joinery , aerospace / aviation and off-road vehicle industries .
The DX70 and DX200 offer low pressure spray packages for a number of applications and are commonly used also in agricultural , trade and job coaters , marine , transport , ceramic , and many other industries . The DX pump range feature a unique ‘ no crease ’ diaphragm shape for a long and durable working life . Users can opt for the ‘ built-in ’ fluid regulator , which ensures a constant and virtually pulse free fluid delivery , enabling direct connection to spray guns without the expense and complications of an additional fluid regulator or surge chamber .
The Binks ® DX70 range features bare pumps , assembled pump packages and complete ‘ ready to spray ’ outfits matched with our World renowned DeVilbiss spray guns . Its range of packages are easily transportable and energy efficient . The air driven , 1:1 ratio double-diaphragm pump is available in a variety of fixed and mobile packages to suit varying application requirements for industrial and automotive paints and coatings . Packages include clearly identified air regulators which can independently control the pump , spray gun and fluid delivery pressures . The pump packages are fitted with a flexible suction wand or rigid suction tube with paint strainer . A stainless steel fluid filter on the outlet is available for finer paint finishes in mesh size 60 and the standard 100 .
The DX200 range is designed specifically for finishing applications requiring multi-spray gun usage , or while transferring or circulating up to 5 lpm of low to medium viscosity materials . It features bare pumps and a choice of packages , is selfpriming and perfect for use with low types of spray gun technologies including conventional , compliant Trans-Tech ©, HVLP , LVLP and low pressure electrostatic guns .
The MX Lite range offers high pressure spray pump packages for Air Assisted Airless and Airless applications . It features packages with 12:1 , 31:1 , 32:1 options and 4 and 12 liters per minute flow rates and include the Binks ® Stainless Steel MXL high pressure pumps with Binks ® AA400M Air Assisted Airless or A75 Airless Spray Guns . MX Lite outfits have been designed to provide users with a low cost , robust spray outfit , able to apply a wide range of coatings whilst providing the very best quality of spray finish . All valve seats are Tungsten Carbide with long durable working life . Ceramic coated piston allows extra wear resistance and longer packing life . Pump packings PTFE / UHMWPE mix ( other packing choices available ). The MX Lite range is commonly used in joinery , furniture and woodworking , aerospace / aviation , off-road vehicles , metal fabrication , truck / trailer and chassis makers industries and others .
For low pressure pumps for fluid transfer and small circulation low pressure systems we offer the DX200 , DX200 3:1 range . The DX200-3 is our newest air operated 3:1 ratio , double diaphragm pump . It has been ruggedly designed to perform in tough spray-gun , system or transfer applications . A cutting-edge feature of this pump is the new Easy-Swap outlet which can be quickly configured as a standard outlet or adapted with our manual fluid regulator or active surge chamber options . The outlet can even be changed with the pump in-situ . This innovation provides the flexibility for connection to systems or direct to spray guns without the expense and complication of external components .
