Our client is planning to take delivery of a brand-new automated powder coa�ng line in the first quarter of 2022 , rendering this , their exis�ng facility , surplus to requirements .
Consequently , this , their exis�ng facility , is being sold by online auc�on closing on 6 January 2022 , giving the successful buyer ( s ) �me to do their due diligence and plan the de- and re-commissioning of the facility .

1 . Transporter driven , batch-based pre-treatment :
• Tank 1 : Chemical cleaning ( immersion )
• Tanks 2 , 3 and 4 : Towns water rinse ( one spray , two immersion )
• Hot air dry via top-loading RDM oven ( brand new 2018 ).
2 . Automated overhead conveyor transpor�ng the parts through the spray booths and curing oven . 3 . Powder coa�ng booths enabling fast colour change :
• Two automa�c track-based shu�le in / out spray booths , 3 Gema guns each side
• Two manual shu�le in / out spray booths , each with a box fed Gema Op�flex powder coa�ng machine .
Full powder recovery , with cyclones , ATEX rated reverse jet dust filters and a�er filters . Fire detec�on system .
4 . Fan-assisted shu�le curing oven .
Heat to the necessary stages of this facility is provided by hot oil , with a 30,000 litre storage vessel and associated support equipment included as part of the sale .
A good quan�ty of spares and support equipment is available separately as our client was going to build a similar line , which plans were then mothballed .
