Local opportunities 1 . Hampshire and IOW Youth Commission
The Youth Commission enables young people to support , challenge and voice young people ’ s opinions from across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight ; to help shape decisions about policing and crime .
To join the Youth Commission , you need to be aged 14-24 and live , be educated or work in Hampshire , Isle of Wight , Portsmouth or Southampton .
Applications will be open from 5 September 2022 until 30 October 2022 .

2 . Hampshire Equality and Rights Advocates ( EARA )
EARA are a group of students from secondary schools across Hampshire who work collaboratively to promote equality and child rights in their schools . They present to students , teachers , governors , and parents in their school communities and come together once a term to share their work .
