At Fairmont , 24 talks were held on environmental issues such as waste separation and the regulatory framework applicable to Mayakoba , with the participation of 455 collaborators and external personnel .
At the Rosewood Hotel , 27 training talks were given to 172 new employees , where they were explained the planning process of Mayakoba and the importance of their participation in the implementation of each of the programs that make up the Management System and Environmental Management ( SMGA ).
TRAINING TALKS
The staff of the " El Camaleón " golf course and Mayakoba activities were given 6 talks , including waste management , water management and conservation , wildlife and the lagoon system , among other topics . A total of 48 employees received the training .
The Golf Course , as every year , prepared dissemination material on the monthly environmental events , for the knowledge of the collaborators . In total , 42 sheets on dates of environmental importance were prepared .
