Since 2019 , the Andaz hotel has participated in the Food Bank program , through which food that will not be consumed and is in good condition is donated . To date , 858 kg of food have been donated , equivalent to 2,860 portions , benefiting more than 65 people .

At the Andaz hotel , more than 60 % of the suppliers are local , that is , from the state of Quintana Roo , which contributes directly to the economy of the local community .
At Andaz , a volunteer program was organized at the Botanical Garden of Puerto Morelos , for maintenance and cleaning of gardens , as well as renovation of trails . A total of 12 collaborators participated .
As part of Andaz ' s social commitment , a monetary donation was made to the Contando con un amigo Foundation , to help feed the almost 100 children who receive education and food at the facilities .
