Digital Champions help people understand the
benefits of using the internet and spend time
showing them how it works. You’ll receive:
Free training and support to develop your own
skills and knowledge
A Certificate of Achievement to acknowledge
your Digital Champion skills
The chance to meet new people and help others!

Get Connected
The internet can seem a scary place if you’ve
never been online. But we’re here to help.
Our ‘Get Connected’ project helps residents get
online and benefit from the fantastic opportunities
the internet offers. We can help you find
information, connect with family and friends,
explore hobbies, pay bills and even do a spot of
shopping. We can provide the skills, motivation
and access to computers you need to get online.
We’ve 85 Digital Champions working in our local
communities to help you learn computer skills
and build digital confidence. They can help you in
a friendly and informal environment to browse the
internet and see what it has to offer.
