What kind of outfits should I wear?
We lend you a helmet on your request. Helmet use for bike riders is NOT mandatory in Japan. However, we recommend it for your safety. Please wear comfortable outfit good for exercise. Our bikes don ' t have a basket. Please bring a backpack, a messenger bag or alike.
What should we do with our lunch?
We do not provide lunch in our tours since everyone has different taste for food and we wanted to make our tour price lower. We stop by a shop where you can pick up your lunch before lunch break or drop by a local restaurant. We will give you some recommendation of food since we want you to experience something new! If you want to bring something with you, please bring something you don ' t need to microwave.
How do I pay?
Please choose half or full payment for a deposit. We will send you a PayPal invoice. Please pay that by your credit card. If you choose half payment, please pay the rest by cash at the beginning of the tour. We won ' t be able to process credit card on the day of the tour.
What if I want to cancel the tour?
If you cancel your tour by 3 days before the tour, you won ' t be charged anything. Example: Your booking: April 10th No Charge cancel: by April 7th Cancellation within three days will be charged 50 % of the tour fair. Cancellation on the day of the tour or no-show will be charged 100 % of the tour fair. Please contact us as soon as possible when you decide to change your plan.
Do you cancel tours on rainy days?
We may have to cancel our tours depending on weather forecast. In the case of cancellation, we will conduct the rainy day tour instead. We try to stick to the cycling itinerary as much as possible but it also includes some alternative spots and we will use public transportation. You will be automatically entitled for this rainy day tour in the case of cancellation. The meeting place and time is the same. However, if you wish to cancel your tour( in this case, we will refund you 100 % of the tour fair) or to reschedule it, we can do so. Please choose options for rainy day tours on making reservation. Please note that the rainy day tours also maybe cancelled because of really bad weather such as Typhoon and snow. Sorry... When we cancel, we will send you an email and also tweet at Twitter.
