Saturday 27th June 10am – 5pm
Sunday 28th June 10am – 4:30pm
Assistance Dogs
Only guide, assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show.
Cash Points There are cash points at the back of Surrey Hall, near the toilets.
Canvassing Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. The distribution of printed or other placards, hand bills or other articles, except by exhibitors at their stand area, is strictly prohibited.
Catering
The main food court is inside Surrey Hall, to your right as you enter the show. There is also catering outside.
Disabled Access
Elevators can be found to the right of the show entrance as you enter Surrey Hall.
First Aid Centre
The venue provides first aid and has a first aid room in Surrey Hall on the ground floor. If you require medical assistance either inform security or visit the Organisers’ Office who can call for the first aider.
Lost Property
During the show, any enquiries should be directed to the Organisers’ Office in Surrey Hall. After the show, please contact the venue directly.
Toilets
Toilets can be found at the entrance and at the back of Surrey Hall.
Event information
SEMINAR & MASTERCLASS TICKETS All of our sessions are included in your show tickets. Seating is allocated on an first-come first-served basis.
The Seminar Theatre and the Masterclass Theatre are located upstairs. Please follow the signage in the halls.
ORGANISERS’ OFFICE The Organisers’ Office is inside Surrey Hall on the right hand side. It can be found just ahead of the main Food Court.
