ASSISTANCE DOGS
Only guide , assistance and hearing dogs are admitted into the show .
CASH POINTS There are cash points at the back of Surrey Hall , near the toilets .
CANVASSING Canvassing for orders by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited and the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission . The distribution of printed or other placards , hand bills or other articles , except by exhibitors at their stand area , is strictly prohibited .
CATERING
The main Food Court is inside Surrey Hall , to your right as you enter the show . There is also catering downstairs in Esher Hall as well as outside .
CLOAKROOM Located on the Concourse and is £ 2 per item .
DISABLED ACCESS
Elevators can be found in Esher Hall on the Lower Ground floor .
FIRST AID CENTRE
The venue provides first aid and has a first aid room in Surrey Hall on the ground floor . If you require medical assistance either inform security or visit the Organisers Office who can call for the first aider .
LOST PROPERTY
During the show , any enquiries should be directed to the Organiser ’ s Office in Surrey Hall . After the show , please contact the venue directly .
TOILETS
Toilets can be found at the entrance and at the back of Surrey Hall .

SEMINAR & MASTERCLASSES All our sessions are included in your show ticket . You can find the Masterclass Theatre in Esher Hall on the lower ground and the Seminar Theatre in the Brasserie via Surrey Hall on the ground floor .
ORGANISER ’ S OFFICE The Organiser ’ s Office is inside Surrey Hall on the right hand side . It can be found just ahead of the main Food Court .
