Ellesco improves customer
support with new recruit
Dorset-based Ellesco,

its internal customer
support team with the
appointment of Lee
Thomas. The appointment
is driven, in part, by
signifi cant growth in
demand for consumables
for the company’s range
of machines along with
greater uptake in
its annual service
contracts.

Another aspect of the role being undertaken
by Lee is to support the growth of sales in
Ireland, where Ellesco works in partnership
with Waterford-based Truman systems. It was
this diversity of the role, along with Lee’s
keen interest in all things engineering that
drew him to join Ellesco “This is an ideal
opportunity to use my extensive knowledge of
monitoring data management systems,” says
Lee Thomas. “Coming from working at a bus
company, where I had the task of managing
the entire fleet and putting in place actions
to address any defects, the move to Ellesco
is a change of direction, but one where
I am confident that my experience can help
play an important role in streamlining the
customer service aspect of the business,
and one where I can follow and impact
on the process from start to finish.”
This is the first of several appointments
planned by Ellesco as it continues to expand
its business within the deburring and surface
finishing sector. With its extensive product
