Forged Solutions River Don site in
Sheffield is a 20,000 square metre
hammer forge facility, employing five
drop-hammer forges ranging from 3 to
25 Tonnes. An integral part of their
process on site is the requirement to
remove imperfections from forged parts
which is done by shot blasting the
components to a desired surface finish on a twin
swing table shot blast machine. The specified
