Various new bespoke features offered on this equipment included high performance long life blast wheels with inverters to achieve the required finish and increase productivity, individual drives on each table to assist machine operators with loading / offloading, ATEX Filtration system, Fire Protection system, Powered Doors with Safety Laser Scanner system, and much more which all ticked a lot of boxes for Forged Solutions and an Twin Swing Table - Both Doors Open Component offload / loading while 2nd table has more components blasting official quotation was submitted. After further discussions and positive progress being made between the 2 companies an order was placed and the project began. Weekly updates on the progress of the project were provided to Forged Solutions and week by week the new machine began to take shape allowing all involved to see the new upgrades in modern technology take their place on the new bespoke shot blast machine.
