for ‘Young Achiever of the Year’. Having moved to the
UK from Vancouver, Canada in January 2015, Tania
has worked at BCF since her arrival in the country.
Originally project managing PaintCare, BCF’s circular
economy initiative for leftover paint, Tania quickly
progressed, and is currently the association’s Head
of Marketing. In the role, she has transformed BCF’s
marketing, building an in-house team responsible for
launching innovative and award-winning member
campaigns, and delivering best in class events. Tania
is the strategist behind many of BCF’s commercial
activities, in addition to leading BCF’s careers efforts
and promotion of the industry to the next generation
of talent.
Detailing Tania’s win, Linda Cavender, Chief
Executive of the Trade Association Forum explained:
“Tania is a very driven and highly motivated
individual who made an immediate impact upon
BCF organisation by immersing herself in several
projects. She has been very influential in changing
and improving the way in which their organisation
works with the introduction of software and other
tools which have been implemented as part of their
responsibilities. As a natural extrovert, Tania is
quick to build relationships, both internally and
within the membership, and has become a great
spokesperson for industry. Starting at the bottom,
opportunity and potential has been well harnessed
to ensure that she is now a key member of the
senior management team. She richly deserves
this recognition of her determination to succeed.”

conditions are right for applying the paint or coating.
The byko-test Lite is economically priced for routine
applications without environmental condition
measurements that the byko-test provides.
Both are designed with a large, rotating color
