The fi rst for ‘Membership Engagement’, reflecting the Association’s achievements in member retention and satisfaction, the second win went to BCF’s Head of Marketing, Tania Morrill, who was crowned ‘Young Achiever of the Year’ as a credit to her strong work ethic, dedication and leadership of BCF’s marketing department. Awarded to the Association that best demonstrates proactivity in increasing engagement of members in the activities of their association, BCF won TAF’s ‘Membership Engagement Award’ after showing outstanding membership growth (56% in six years), 98% membership satisfaction and 99% retention of Full members. In addition, since moving office into a dedicated headquarters in Coventry, the 180 2019 - 2020 Federation has seen a 26% increase in attendance at member meetings. Commenting on the win for membership engagement, BCF’s Head of Membership Ali Brown said: “A priority for us as an association is in ensuring a high level of membership satisfaction in our activities and with how we represent the coatings, printing inks and wallcoverings industries.
