We asked independent traveller Jean
Luc Kalambayi to be our “blind tester”
and plan his own five-star, all inclusive
honeymoon vacation to Mauritius
any time between 1 November and
11 December 2018. Without telling him
the name of Sure Travel’s selected
package provider or hotel, we tasked
him with finding the best price for the
equivalent of Sure Travel’s offer for the
five-star Shandrani Beachcomber Resort
& Spa. His package had to include flights,
accommodation for seven nights in a
deluxe room, hotel shuttle transfers, all
food, drinks, activities and taxes. Jean
Luc was free to source any quote from
any hotel or service provider. So which
