MEDICAL OPEN ENROLLMENT OVERVIEW
Open Enrollment is November 27th to December 8th . This is your only opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the year unless you have specific life events , including :
� Birth or adoption of a child
� You , your spouse or a dependent loses coverage under another group plan
� Change in marital status
� Relocation out of the service area
� You , your spouse or dependent become eligible for other group coverage , enroll in Medicare or Medicaid , or a child reaches age 26
� Open Enrollment through your spouse ’ s employer
WHAT ’ S NEW FOR 2024 ?
� Healthcare FSA maximum limit is increasing to $ 3,200
� FSA carry over is increasing to $ 640
MEDICAL / DENTAL / VISION BENEFITS
Please complete the universal insurance enrollment form included in this Open Enrollment packet . If we do not receive an enrollment form , your current elections will continue for the 2024 plan year .
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT ( FSA / SECTION 125 )
You must complete a Flexible Spending Account ( FSA ) enrollment form to participate in the 2024 FSA plan year - even if you were previously enrolled .
VOLUNTARY BENEFITS
You will need to complete an enrollment form if you wish to elect Voluntary Life and AD & D or Voluntary Short Term Disability coverage for the first time . Some of the benefits are based upon factors that change each year ( like age and salary ), so your benefits and premiums may change accordingly . If you have these benefits currently , they will carry forward into the next plan year .

If you have Medicare or will become eligible for Medicare in the next 12 months , a Federal law gives you more choices about your prescription drug coverage . Please see page 26 for more details .
