NEW LIMITED TIME EXHIBIT “ HERE BE DRAGONS : FROM LIZARDS TO LEGENDS ” HITS RIVER LEGACY NATURE CENTER
Here Be Dragons : From Lizards to Legends is a limited time exhibit at River Legacy Nature Center , created by Build4Impact and supported by the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation .
This exhibit invites guests to discover and learn about dragons and lizards within medieval themes , Asian cultures , and paleontology .
Visitors will be immersed in these three realms through amazing displays and activities . Play the role of a paleontologist by uncovering fossils in the dig pit , then put on a puppet show in our Royal Puppet Theatre where you can slay a dragon and save a princess .
This is an exciting opportunity for guests to see the creatures that have inspired the myths and legends of dragons up close and personal .
The River Legacy Nature Center is open 9 a . m . to 5 p . m ., Monday through Saturday .
This is a limited time exhibit , and will only be at River Legacy until Saturday , Feb . 11 , 2023 .
This exhibit features many amazing things , but the most exciting part of Here Be Dragons : From Lizards to Legends is that it features six live lizards from all over the world and all different sizes including a white throat monitor lizard .
