This new blended programme is designed for newly appointed first line managers who have been promoted from within or have been externally recruited into their first management role at Specsavers. The programme runs for 6 months with four one day modules, workbooks and on-line learning. The programme will equip you with everything you need to know to make a success of your first management role and beyond. Open to all managers new to Specsavers Managing performance Managing Self This module focusses on you as the manager; how you manage yourself and your workload. With a focus on great teams, this module will enable you to help your team develop and give each team member what they need to achieve. Managing teams/others Being able to manage different levels of performance is a fundamental part of a manager’s role and this module will enable you to do this.
