Insights Discovery is a powerful
personality profile designed to get
the very best out of individual’s
and teams. Its simple colour
coordinated approach allows
people to understand how their
personality not only impacts their
performance, but also the people
around them. The Specsavers 360 Questionnaire
is a development tool which allows
you to understand how you are
perceived in the business; by those
(below) who work closely with you;
versus the perceptions you have of
yourself: This workshop will equip you with
the knowledge and confidence to
coach individual team members to
improve their own performance and
confidence. How do you get the best from
yourself and others? You need to
get the best performance from
other people. But the only way
to do that is to first, get the best
performance from yourself.

Coaching for Performance gives
participants the theory of coaching

helps to raise self-awareness in
others and motivate and encourage
self-responsibility within those
being coached.
