MANUFACTURER CHARGE BACK ( MCB ) EXTRA PERFORMANCE
FEE STRUCTURE
• 8 % on MCB Amount
• Calculation = Quantity Sold * MCB Amount * 8 %
• Minimum of $ 65 per DC processed bi-weekly
• The MCB $ 65 minimum is based on the warehouse , not the retailer .
• MCB Fees are generated using the DC supplier number at each warehouse .
• If the supplier has a frozen DC supplier number and another for dry , the fee will be applied to both supplier numbers individually .
Agreed upon between retailer and supplier
Examples include scans , ad , demo & slotting

8 % per invoice , $ 35 Min , $ 700 Max . Fee is assessed on a per invoice basis .
