carbs, what to eat to
bulk and now we’re going
to discuss protein.
There are some people who
think that it’s all right to eat as
much protein as possible.
As an example: 500g
T-bone in the afternoon
and half a chicken in the
evenings. Unfortunately
too much protein is unhealthy for your kidneys
and liver.
