As a state licensed General Contractor , Super Restoration utilizes repair estimating software and price lists provided by insurance carriers to prepare a detailed and itemized scope and estimate .
Super Restoration makes this process easy , with over 30 years of experience . A Super Restoration project manager will complete a property walk-through with the owner / property manager to discuss damages as well as material and color selections . Super Restoration will initiate communication with the appropriate insurance adjuster to communicate a plan of action and cost to repair the property . We make the process seamless by expediting materials and insurance approval to minimize your inconvenience .
Your satisfaction is our top priority . We will guide you through the process with frequent communication along the way . A dedicated Project Manager and Project Coordinator will always be a phone call away throughout the repair process and will keep you up to date with project milestones .

What to Expect

During an emergency phase , a Repair Project Manager will be assigned to assess the loss .
Step 2 A realistic schedule and scope will be developed . Upon authorization , work will be scheduled to begin in order to minimize downtime .

“ Pardon our dust ” signs will be posted in work areas . The project is not considered completed until signs have been removed by a Super Restoration team member .
Assigned project managers and superintendents will ensure daily jobsite communications , site cleanliness and adherence to work quality and schedules .
