Install necessary negative pressurization to ensure proper containment of airborne microbial spores .
Remove building materials as described in the remediation protocol / scope of work . These materials often include drywall , insulation , ceiling tiles , carpeting , padding and other porous building materials .
Perform mechanical system cleaning as required to include ductwork and system cleaning .
Perform detailed micro-cleaning of all containment areas to include HEPA filtration vacuuming , damp wipe antimicrobial treatments and other treatments as necessary .
48-72 hours after micro-cleaning activities and air filtration in place , post-testing from an independent assessment firm can take place to assure proper completion . ( If samples are required , sample results may take 1-3 days .)
