We’ ve seen SUP yoga boom over the past years but interestingly enough I’ ve recently discovered that replicating my gym based bodyweight workouts on water have significantly enhanced my overall level of fitness. More generally the health benefits gained from SUPing are endless. Just cruising along improves balance, delivers a full body workout that increases overall strength. It gets the heart pumping, reduces stress and due to it being incredibly low impact, it’ s a useful sport for rehabilitating injuries and great for all ages. But above all it’ s fun! So you get all the good stuff without feeling like you’ re working too hard.
