Think of a problem you currently have – it could be personal or something to do with school / college or your studies . Use the template below to work through the problem . Working with a partner will help .
1 . Identify the problem – remember , it ’ s important at this stage to make sure you are identifying the actual problem so you may have to unpeel the layers of the situation ( Kate thought she wasn ’ t talented enough , but in fact the problem was about the way she approached the course ).
