All’ s fair in county and Waconia
A week of pure fun awaits area residents every summer thanks to the Carver County Fair, which will be held in celebration of agriculture and community for the 113th time in 2025. The Carver County Fair will be held Aug. 6-10 at the Carver County Fairgrounds, which are located right in the middle of Waconia on the southwest corner of downtown with easy access off of Highway 5.
At the Carver County Fair, which is consistently one of the highest attended county fairs in all of Minnesota, one will find the very best in food, entertainment, 4-H exhibits, vendors, rides and games, and so much more.
Fair organizers have another year of fan favorites and new, exciting attractions planned for the 2025 Carver County Fair.
In the grandstand, watch ATV Big Air Tour, Motokazie, a Tractor Pull event, and a demolition derby. The Entertainment Center will feature performances by many local, regional and larger acts.
Fairgoers will also be able to enjoy an amateur talent contest and more. Other attractions include a several card contests and other contests.
As always, the fair will feature a variety of 4-H exhibits and performances, a veterans program, an exhibit by the Carver County Historical Society and hands-on classes in building fairy gardens. The Carver County Century Farms Recognition / Outstanding Senior Citizen Award programs will also be featured.
The professionals of Gold Star Amusements will again provide a safe, quality carnival that’ s sure to please thrill seekers of all sorts and a midway that will put one’ s skills to the test in a variety of games and challenges.
