SOVEREIGN ESTATE VINEYARD AND WINERY
Located at 9950 North Shore Road , Sovereign Estate offers wine tastings , a light bistro menu on the weekends and the occasional Friday Night Supper Club with a four-course Prix Fixe dinner . Their Estate La Crescent won the 2014 Governor ’ s Cup for Best Minnesota Wine .

PARLEY LAKE WINERY
Another award-winning winery in Waconia includes Parley Lake Winery , whose hand-crafted wines have won 95 medals including twenty Gold in National competitions . With 125 wooded acres adjacent to Carver Park Reserve , seven acres of vineyards and 20 acres of orchards , scenery and atmosphere is abundant at Parley Lake .

SCHRAM VINEYARDS WINERY AND BREWERY
Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery is open year round and boasts expansive indoor and outdoor seating areas overlooking the vineyard , memorable and informative wine tasting experiences , an onsite kitchen with pizzas , charcuterie and other bites to eat , and a full calendar of other fun events and music all year . Schram offers a full range of award-winning wines from dry whites , to bold reds , to fruit forward rosés and sparkling wines . J CARVER DISTILLERY
Named after the pioneer and frontiersman Jonathan Carver , J Carver Distillery offers artisanal craft vodka and gin . While the copper stills are created at Germany ’ s oldest fabricator , J Carver boasts locally sourced ingredients for their spirits served in area restaurants and liquor stores .

WACONIA BREWING COMPANY
Founded with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love of craft beers , WBC is the first brewery in Waconia since 1890 . Their taproom features four namesake beers in constant supply as well as an eclectic seasonal series , sometimes with as many as 11 options .
With game nights , food nights and live music , WBC is not a place to miss for entertainment and a cold craft beer .
