In the winter of 2024-25 , local kindergarten students ( the Class of 2037 ) were asked two questions : “ What would you like to be when you group up ?” and “ What do you need to do to make this happen ?” This keepsake section contains their responses . Thank you to everyone who took part in this project .

I will need to learn the notes and how to sing and teach other kids . Brooke : I want to be a cat raiser . I will need to raise cats . Harrison : I want to be a Lego Master . I will need to build a lot of legos . Claire : I want to be a mommy . I will need to bus the kids around . Monty : I want to be in the army . I will need to protect our country . Briella : I want to be a mom . I will need to take care of kids . Weston : I want to be a farmer . I will need to harvest corn and plants and drive a tractor . Lejla : I want to be a singer . I will need to dance . Carli : I want to be an artist . I will work with textures . Jameson : I want to be a policeman . I will need to capture mean villains and use a really fast police car . Anita : I want to be a Lego Master . I will need to build a lot of legos . Bennett : I want to be an astronaut and a firefighter . I will go to space and put out fires . Leni : I want to be a mom . I will need to babysit people . Elijah : I want to be a policeman . I will need to catch bad guys . Brody : I want to be a veteran . I will need to do a lot of school and work . Vinny : I want to be a pilot .
