For the month of October , we are shining our spotlight on Steve Adkins . Steve is from Prince George ’ s County , Maryland and has lived in Highlands County since 1996 . Steve has two children and two grandchildren . He has been with Sun ‘ N Lake Golf Club for almost 11 years . He is one of our cooks who always shows up with a smile on his face , ready to prepare some amazing food ; even as early as 5:00AM some days ! In his spare time Steve enjoys hanging with his wife , children and grandchildren or relaxing and watching TV . Steve is a huge asset to our kitchen team . Make sure to say “ Hi ” if you ever see him around !
