For the month of February , we are shining the spotlight on Ray Andino . Ray is our Sous Chef and has worked at Island View for 8 years now . Ray was raised in New York City and has been a resident of Highlands County for 15 years . Ray and his wife , Chelsea have two daughters named Jailyn and Lailoni . In his spare time Ray enjoys hanging out with his family outdoors , riding four wheelers , and cooking . We are thankful for Ray ’ s hard work and his humor that keeps the staff smiling .
