GENERAL MANAGER
Dear Members ,
It has been nice to see everyone who has been able to return to the Club . To those who are still back home we miss you dearly and we are eagerly waiting for your safe return . Although we have not been able to resume some of our regular programming yet , I am happy to say that we can safely hold some of our golf events .
It ’ s no secret that the pandemic has hurt the restaurant industry . To operate the restaurant more efficiently in these times we are making a few changes in our Food and Beverage operation . We will discontinue Monday night dinner service for the foreseeable future . We will remain open for regular lunch 11:00AM-3:30PM with a smaller “ Pub ” menu until 7:00PM . This will feature several hot and cold items . Also , with the cost of draft beer on the rise the member domestic draft pitcher will increase to $ 10 tax included . Lastly , we are rolling out a new menu starting this month . The new menu is designed for the kitchen to operate with less labor . Although it is a slightly smaller menu , it will feature several new options . I know we may have removed a favorite dish or two , but don ’ t worry it will be back soon . We may even run it as a special from time to time . To keep up to date make sure to read our weekly emails . Unfortunately , we are discontinuing the Island Treats at the snack shack . With the slow traffic and the cooler weather , it is the appropriate decision .
Join us at Island View with your loved ones for our Valentine ’ s Day Brunch Buffet on February 14th from 11:00AM to 3:00PM . There will be plenty of space to socially distance . We are also offering a Valentine ’ s Day Carryout Dinner from 3:00PM to 5:00PM . I appreciate everyone ’ s continued support of our Food & Beverage staff through these tough times .
I look forward to seeing everyone around the Club !
Cheers ,

Michael LaMere
