What is solar energy?
Solar energy is the energy produced by the radiation of the sun, which is used for different human needs. Solar energy can be converted into thermal or electrical energy. Solar energy is the cleanest and most abundant renewable energy source available, and the U.S. has some of the richest solar resources in the world.
Some of those main uses of solar power are the production of energy as well as heating something.
