The Elenian Club, now into its fourth
generation of Italian descendants, was
founded in New Orleans in 1934, originally
named Circolo Femminile, then Circolo
Elena di Savoia in honor of Queen Elena di
Savoia of Italy. The object of the club is to
promote cultural, educational, civic, and
social activities among its members.
The next event for the Elenians will be
the Ballo Di Natale that formally presents
the club’s next generation of members
December 5th, and all are invited to enjoy a
fabulous evening of entertainment by The
Jerry Embree Band.
