STEPS

1 . Season both sides of chicken thighs to marinate the meat . 2 . Stir in 1 Tbsp of real mayo and mix the chicken until evenly coated . 3 . Add the sliced onion and mix everything together . Over it tightly with a plastic wrap and marinate 6 hours or overnight . ( It is recommended that the process up to this point be prepared the night before the barbecue .) 4 . Preheat the grill and brush the plates with oil . Reduce the heat to low and place chicken thighs . 5 . Cover the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes . Before flipping the thighs , baste them with BBQ sauce . 6 . Flip the thighs over and baste the BBQ sauce on the flipped side and cook for another 12-15 minutes . 7 . Flip the chicken again , coat with BBQ sauce and remove from the grill . 8 . Let it cool down a bit for 10-15 minutes and it is ready to serve !

Vanilla Ice cream

This is an enjoyable and quick ice cream that can be made outside . Cold freezing ice creams are the best for hot summer days !

1 cup of milk 1 tbsp of sugar 1 / 2 tsp of vanilla 1 / 3 cup salt Ice

1 . Pour the milk , sugar and vanilla into the smaller , quart sized bag . 2 . Fill the larger sized bag 3 / 4 full of ice , then add the salt to the ice . 3 . Place the smaller bag inside the larger bag and close the seal . 4 . Shake the bag good and hard for 5 minutes . 5 . Rinse the small bag with cold water 6 . Scoop the ice cream to a cup and add a topping to your ice cream !
