During this series of cooking classes, you ' ll use freshly harvested produce from the farm and learn to make delicious dishes from Asia( July 20), the Middle East( July 26), Mexico( Aug 17), and Italy( Sept 6). Come by the Farm for popcorn and excitement as we enjoy Alfred Hitchcock ' s 1929 crime thriller, " Blackmail." The screening will take place in our non-air conditioned sales shed on the south end of the property. Popcorn will be provided, along with educational commentary, before the film begins.

Book your own private farm-to-table dinner for 10 people at the farm! Chef Paula will create unique menu with the theme of your choice. All menus will feature fruits, veggies, and proteins produced on the farm or by other local partner farms. Select from a traditional farm menu of hearty, simple dishes, or choose from Mexican, Asian, or Italian themes. Alcohol is not included, but you can BYOB.

Spend an evening at Historic Wagner Farm with your family and friends enjoying the best part of a meal- the desserts! The gourmet treats will feature produce grown on the farm and will showcase how delicious eating seasonally can be. We ' ll also take some time to visit the livestock and learn about the process of growing food on a farm. Advance ticket purchase required.
