This introductory class is designed for beginners and anyone looking to improve their jump rope skills in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will learn the basics of jump roping, including proper form, footwork techniques, and various jump rope tricks. Each session includes warm-up exercises, skill-building drills, and creative games that make learning enjoyable.
