Make a positive change by assisting in restoration efforts such as removing non-native plants or collecting seed. Please bring work gloves if you have them and wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Volunteers under 15 must participate with an adult. Registration is necessary. Email groverestoration @ glenviewparks. org for more information including availability.

Free! Historic 1856 Kennicott House Tours
Th-Su, June 19-August 3 11 am-3 pm Stroll up to this beautiful Victorian-era home and take a moment to prepare for a journey back in time. As your guide takes you through the home, you begin to feel what life was like in the 19th century for the Kennicott family. The museum home maintains a majority of its original features and displays over 40 of the Kennicott family’ s original belongings.

We’ re encouraging more opportunity for inclusivity and connection in the outdoors with a casual, fun and colorful guided trail hike. Meet like-minded individuals and celebrate the impact and accomplishments LGBTQAI + people have had on the natural world. Rainbow attire encouraged.
