Summer is coming— and with it, an incredible lineup of programs, events and ways to connect with your community at the Glenview Park District!

We’ re especially thrilled to introduce a brand-new signature event: the Jammin’ 5K / 10K and Foam Frenzy Fun Run, presented by Glenview Bank & Trust. Whether you ' re racing for a personal best or running through a cloud of bubbles with the kids, this is your chance to celebrate movement, music and community spirit with live entertainment at every mile— and a party waiting at the finish line!
Also new this season, we’ re proud to welcome Steve Morgan to the Board of Park Commissioners. We look forward to the energy and insight Steve brings as we continue to enhance services and experiences for our residents.
Be sure to catch the return of cherished summer traditions like the Bearfoot in the Park Concert Series, presented by Glenview Bank & Trust at Jackman Park and Little Bearfoot Children’ s Concerts at the Gallery Park Amphitheater. These free, familyfriendly performances are a perfect way to enjoy a warm Wednesday evening or Thursday morning with neighbors and friends.
The Glenview Farmers Market opens June 21 at Historic Wagner Farm and runs through October 25. Support local vendors and bring home the best in fresh produce and handmade goods— every Saturday morning.
Immerse yourself in nature with free activities at The Grove with International Mud Day on June 29 and Unplug Illinois Day on July 12. Stop by Kent Fuller Air Station Prairie for Prairie Fest on August 16, also free of charge.
