Then join us to hike your way through The Grove , one brew at a time ! Cozy up with a beverage by our campfire , indulge in some snacks , and enjoy a guided hike trail hike to discover the wonderful world of mushrooms .

The Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku , or Forest Bathing , is said to be good for reducing stress , improving feelings of happiness , freeing up creativity , lowering heart rate and blood pressure , and boosting the immune system . Spend time in nature , connecting with forest life on a slow , meditative , sensory walk and ending with a simple tea ceremony .
