Dynamic Edge Camp
This competitive week-long skating camp offers skaters in levels Bronze ( Free Skate 1 ) and up to participate in various aspects of skating including : Off-Ice Training , Power , Jumps , Spins , Movements with Style and other opportunities . We will have coaches on our GPD Skating Academy staff with some new skills and techniques to enhance your summer training !

Edge Revenge – Power Class
Take your skating skills into a power class . Skaters will work on speed , endurance , and edges to help advance their higher-level skating skills for all skating disciplines . Open to skaters in Silver ( Freeskate 4 ) and above .

SPEED SKATING
Figure , hockey or speed skates can be worn , while gloves , shin guards , a neck guard and helmet are required .
Speed Skating Level 1
Under the coaching of Northbrook Speedskating Club , learn the basics of speed skating , such as position , straightaway , corners and starts . After learning the basics , participants will have the skills needed to join the team . All levels are welcome .
