TOT TRACK & FIELD CLINIC

Children learn the fundamentals to improve and develop flexibility , proper stretching , body positioning , core-strength , balance , and cooldown techniques as they relate to exercising and the jumping , running and throwing skills involved in the sport of track and field . Participate in games like Sharks and Minnows , Hot Lava , and Capture the Cones , as well as sprints , relays , long-distance walking , running , hurdles , long jump , and discus throw .

FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE TRAINING CLINIC

This clinic is devoted to preparing players for success in youth flag football leagues . Coaches emphasize offensive formations and plays , league rules , strategy , and fundamentals .
