THE GOLFER GAMES

A fun way to learn the game of golf ! Let s face it , nobody likes doing boring practice drills-especially kids ! We have created an exciting way to learn the game through golf- specific activities and contests . Kids develop proper fundamentals for the full swing , chipping , and putting as well as basic rules and etiquette over the course of eight weekly one hour sessions . This class is excellent as a standalone class or is the perfect prelude to The Glenview Junior Golf Academy for those who are not yet old enough .

YOUTH BEGINNERS LEAGUE

This 9-hole non-competitive league gives your child the opportunity to play golf in a fun , positive , and safe learning environment . During each 9-hole round Glenview Park District staff members will be monitoring the course to assist juniors with pace of play , score keeping , rules , and etiquette . Junior golfers should arrive 20 minutes before their tee time to check in at the proshop and review rules and etiquette with their foursome .
