CULINARY CAMP
It’s never too early to learn to cook, and Chef Anton makes time in the
kitchen so much fun. Join him to broaden your camper’s food horizons—
from nutritional knowledge and various ways to use ingredients to
techniques such as sautéing, braising, roasting, and cooking on the grill,
this camp introduces students to new cuisine and reinvigorates favorite
recipes. Each week of camp will feature a different menu, so campers will
learn new recipes in both weeks. No doubt campers will enjoy showing
off their new culinary skills at home!
