Oh what venom, hatred and
evil resides in our hearts.
During a time of celebra-
tion when things are sup-
posed to be exciting, and
e v e r y b o d y i s i n l o v e, w e s e e
what evil looks like. Then
C h r i s t s h ows u p to s h ow yo u
t he o the r s i d e, wh ich is love.
God has commanded all of
u s who be li e ve to go o ut an d
spread the good news—the
gospel of Jesus Christ. God
does not want us to become
like the world, but that we
m i g ht li f t H i m u p an d let H im
draw all men and women to
Him. There are worldwide min-
istries that are obedient to
G o d ’s co m m a n d m e n t t o fe e d
His sheep the good news of
Jesus Christ. Yet, the question
remains, how do we reach the
masses to simply let them know
that in the midst of all their
troubles, God is with them?
G o d ha s de s i gn ed us in H is
i m a ge and li ke ness an d if we
b eli eve thi s, then we h ave to
b eli eve that H e h as provided
us with all of the provisions
t o l i v e f o r H i m . We s i n g t h e
s o n g “ L i f t H i m U p” a n d t h e
b i b l e s ay s t h a t i f H e i s l i f t e d
u p, He wi ll d raw all men unto
H imself. The song simply tells
us that we have been given
the key to lift up the name
of Jesus. In Ephesians 1:11-14,
the bible talks about our rela-
tionship since Christ came.
Before Christ, no one was safe
but the Israelites, who were
k n o w n t o b e G o d ’s p e o p l e
by covenant. Before Christ
c a m e i n we h a d n o h o p e, we
were all dead in trespasses
and sins. When Christ came
He made a difference in the
lives of those who repented of
t h eir sins. B efo re J es u s c am e,
we we re h e l d i n d a r k n e s s b y
the prince of the power of
t h e air. S o C hr is t had to co m e
to destroy the works of the
devil and save us from sin.
As Moses and the people
were going through the wil-
derness, they had a mixed
multitude. God told Moses
to separate the righteous
f r o m t h e u n r i g h t e o u s . Yo u
can’t create yo u r ow n s ys tem .
Why? Because the word of
God still remains the same.
Darkness and light cannot
co ex ist. The dar k er the wo r l d
is, the brighter our light
sh o uld s hine. The l ig ht refer s
to t h e peo pl e o f G o d m ak ing
a difference when they are
among the unsaved. Having
the Holy Ghost in you will
help you to minister to people
without damaging them.
We are c al l ed that we m ig ht
be his representatives and we
have been bought with a price,
that we might live righteously,
and soberly in the newness
o f t h e li fe. J es u s s aves to the
u tm o s t, and it do es n’t m at te r
how bad yo u are o r w h at yo u
have been in… Just let him
into yo u r hear t and m a k e yo u
a brand new creature. Just
like Christmas changes the
seasons, Christ can change
your life, but you must be
willing to come to him.
As believers we must
see everyone from a
biblical
perspective.
It is time now for us to
get some understanding
so that the enemy won’t
come in at will and trick us.
G o d wants u s to k n ow t h at
He is with us. He is avail-
able to all who just believe
t h a t H e i s G o d t h e Fa t h e r,
thro u g h J es u s C hr is t t h e s o n ,
and gives us access through
the power of the Holy Spirit
John
3:16-17
reads, For God so
loved the world
th a t H e g a v e H i s
only begotten
So n , th a t w h oso-
ever believeth in
Him should not
perish but have
everlasting life.”
